Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus is the eleventh installment of the Wolfenstein series and a sequel to the 2014’s Wolfenstein: The New Order, developed by MachineGames and published by Bethesda Softworks. The games uses Id Software’s newest game engine id Tech 6. The game will be released on October 27, 2017 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Microsoft Windows.

In 1961, After his fight with Wilhelm “Deathshead” Strasse, William J. Blazkowicz is severely injured and resting in a hospital. After he awakes from resting, he continues the fight against the Nazis to ignite the second American Revolution. For this goal, he must regroup with a resistance group and fight the Nazis in iconic American locations while using technological weapons such as the LaserKraftWerk and Dieselkraftwerk to reawakening the sleeping giant that gained independence in 1776.

Wolfenstein Youngblood is a first-person shooter developed by MachineGames and Arkane Studios and published by Bethesda Softworks. A spin-off of the Wolfenstein series, the game is set to be released for Microsoft Windows, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in July 2019 and Stadia at a later date.

In the game, the player assumes control of either Jess or Soph Blazkowicz from a first-person perspective. An optional cooperative multiplayer mode is included in the game. Players can complete the game with another player or with an artificial intelligence substitute. Unlike the reboot games, missions can be completed in a non-linear order, and players can unlock new gear and abilities as they progress in the game.

The game is set in the 1980s, two decades after the events of Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus. In an alternate history in which Germany won World War II, Jessica and Sophia Blazkowicz, the twin daughters of B.J. Blazkowicz, must travel to Paris to look for their missing father. At the same time, they have to help the French Resistance liberate the country from German occupation dating from World War II.
